There was no quality, consistent option in our area. The consumer was getting wrecked—and no one seemed to care.

We opened our first doors in a mountain town of 1,200 people. Not exactly a business hub—but that was the point. We wanted to prove that doing things right could work anywhere.

Word traveled. From those mountain roots, we've grown to five locations across North Carolina and Tennessee. Now headquartered in Charlotte, shipping nationwide. The scale changed. The standards didn't.
