Massachusetts THCA gray area: flower legal now, federal ban looms
Massachusetts allows naturally-occurring THCA flower to move in-market without a state ban, though the Department of Agricultural Resources prohibits synthetically-converted delta-8. A state study (H.5350) is underway, but the federal total-THC cap taking effect November 12, 2026 will likely close Massachusetts's THCA gray area.
