All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of cannabis products and health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products once they have been shipped.
We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, quantities, and shipping information.
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect orders placed by the customer, or opened products.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damaged or Defective Products
While we take great care in packaging and shipping, occasionally issues may occur. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Wrong or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing items, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of what you received.
Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
Flora Distro is not responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery or packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refund Processing
In rare cases where a refund is approved (cancelled orders before shipment or verified damaged products), refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
